Star Chef at the Pilgrim

The Restaurant is delighted to announce that renowned chef, Brent Castle, has joined the kitchen brigade as assistant to Deepak. Brent has won some amazing awards in recent years, including the prestigious "Bib Gourmand" from Michelin, an Egon Ronay Star and Les Routiers Dining Pub of the year. He has worked in Padstow with Rick Stein and will be working closely with the team to create some fantastic menus in the weeks to come.

  1. Wow I had no idea - Brent sounds like a huge asset. How are his vegetarian options? Most local hotels in Herefordshire think that every vegetarian wants to eat Risotto and gives only one choice of vegetarian food on the menu. Would love to see what Brent's thoughts are on that...
